Our target delivery region is exclusively the United States.

Q6. When will my order be shipped?

Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PT) will be processed the next business day.

Total Delivery Time: Typically 5–8 business days, including processing and shipping.

Yes, we do provide a tracking number for every dispatched order. We partner with trusted carrier services, specifically DHL Express and FedEx, to deliver your items securely.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet our return eligibility requirements. We also accept exchanges for eligible items.

Q9. Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We provide a prepaid return label included in the package to cover the return shipping cost.

Customer remorse returns (change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or personal preference): The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and paying all return shipping costs.

Q10. Do you charge any restocking fees?

No, we believe in straightforward pricing. There is a $0 Restocking Fee applied to returns.

Q11. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and approve your returned item, our standard refund process time is 7 Business Days.
